I would like you to try this arrangement. The sofa and love seat are bulky and if you are committed to using them both in the room see how this works. By the way these floor plans are not to scale. I don't have the room measurements but I think this is close. I would just like to see the loveseat not used at all or at least used somewhere else in the room. I think it sticks out too far into the room and you have to walk in front of it to get through the room.
